Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Penn State Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary activities associated with the Stroke program.

About the Role

The Clinical Coordinator will work in collaboration with Medical Directors, coordinators at other sites, and nurse leaders to demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations participating in the Programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate data management related to the programs and provide necessary support to ensure that program-related activities are carried out.
  • Manage chart review, real-time evaluation of response and documentation, bedside education for both patients and staff, support groups, educational and promotional events.
  • Display and interpret data, serving as a subject matter expert in the coordination of required accreditation activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of three years of related clinical experience and hold a state RN license.

Preferred Qualifications

Program management or research background, experience in Performance Improvement, and certification in related areas are preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $95,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience.
