Responsibilities:

The Cardiovascular Unit Nurse Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Serving as the clinical leader of the cardiovascular unit, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that all staff members are meeting the highest standards.
  2. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  3. Providing guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring, coaching, and evaluating performance.
  4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  5. Managing budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Five years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania or a compact state.
