Position Overview

The Marketing Support Specialist role is designed to deliver comprehensive marketing, graphic design, and administrative assistance to commercial real estate professionals within the Capital Markets Group. This position is pivotal in executing both the overarching corporate marketing strategy and specific regional initiatives.

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional marketing, graphic design, and administrative support, thereby enhancing the SRS brand's visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate will significantly contribute to the success of SRS' top-tier retail real estate professionals and bolster the SRS brand's presence in the local market. A proactive, customer-oriented mindset is essential, along with opportunities for expanding knowledge and experience across various marketing, graphic design, analytics, and commercial real estate domains. This position grants access to leading marketing software, tools, and templates, complemented by ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Graphic Design

  • Ensure all communications, presentations, and marketing materials align with SRS brand standards and guidelines.
  • Develop print and digital marketing packages and presentations for property listings.
  • Execute email campaigns for property listings.
  • Create and manage marketing presentations and materials.
  • Maintain and update property listings and client information on various platforms.
  • Oversee and segment contact databases and email distribution lists.
  • Assist research analysts with the creation of market aerial maps and demographic studies.
  • Support the preparation of documents related to property listings, including reporting spreadsheets.
  • Utilize business management software to assist brokers in tracking their listings and business development efforts.
  • Manage local office social media accounts, ensuring adherence to brand standards and enhancing engagement.

Analytics

  • Collaborate with the Analyst team to integrate financial discipline into marketing materials.
  • Prepare commercial real estate sales packages for presentation to brokers and clients.
  • Represent SRS to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries regarding properties and the commercial real estate market.
  • Coordinate information related to market data, expense analysis, and comparables.
  • Understand and summarize financial data for active listings.
  • Organize and present data analysis with actionable recommendations.

Office Management

  • Perform general office management duties, including greeting visitors and managing traffic flow.
  • Act as the primary contact for office vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Team-oriented with a strong customer-service focus.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of commercial real estate is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, graphic design, advertising, finance, or business.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong grammar skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in email marketing, public relations, social media, and database management is preferred.
