Position Summary:
The Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with membership acquisition and retention efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about fitness and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
- Schedule and confirm introductory sessions for prospective members.
- Manage front desk operations, welcoming clients and potential members as they arrive.
- Conduct facility tours, building rapport and understanding the unique needs of each individual.
- Maintain a consistent level of personal sales performance.
- Promote the studio's objectives as a wellness provider.
- Present available services to both current and prospective members.
- Ensure quality appointments are booked to meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads.
- Participate in community events to enhance studio visibility and engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with software systems is preferred.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both in person and through various channels.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally may be necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience, including a base salary and commission structure. Additional benefits include:
