Position Summary:

The Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with membership acquisition and retention efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about fitness and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Schedule and confirm introductory sessions for prospective members.
  • Manage front desk operations, welcoming clients and potential members as they arrive.
  • Conduct facility tours, building rapport and understanding the unique needs of each individual.
  • Maintain a consistent level of personal sales performance.
  • Promote the studio's objectives as a wellness provider.
  • Present available services to both current and prospective members.
  • Ensure quality appointments are booked to meet monthly sales targets and follow up on leads.
  • Participate in community events to enhance studio visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with software systems is preferred.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both in person and through various channels.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally may be necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience, including a base salary and commission structure. Additional benefits include:
