Optical Sales Professional

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth at LensCrafters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and providing expert advice on eyewear and vision care solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solutions.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
- Embody an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and dignity.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
