Lead the Way in Truck Sales

At Kenworth Sales, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our used truck sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing department operations, and developing strategies to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel between locations as needed
