Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage daily operations related to documentation and payment inquiries.
  • Engage with clients to address their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up as necessary.
  • Identify client needs and recognize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain a database of current and prospective clients.
  • Communicate the advantages of our services effectively.
  • Stay updated on competing products and services.
  • Achieve high client retention rates.
  • Foster a fun and competitive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience in sales or a client-facing role is advantageous.
  • Prior insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct.
  • Must be open to coaching and feedback.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
