Job Title: Learning Development Manager

Join the Holland America Group team as a Learning Development Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our onboard learning programs. As a member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our onboard team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard Learning: Develop and implement onboard learning programs that meet the needs of our team members, including training on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Talent Development: Support the development of our onboard team members through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
  • Learning Delivery: Deliver training programs to onboard team members, using a variety of methods and techniques to engage and motivate learners.
  • Human Resources Support: Provide support to the Human Resources team, including assistance with onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of progressive Learning and Development experience, preferably within a premium hospitality service environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, or international equivalent, in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and strong administration skills.
