Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with discipline strategy teams to develop subject matter and instructional expertise.
  • Work closely with instructors and users to understand teaching and learning strategies employed in higher education curriculum.
  • Develop deep understanding of pedagogical best practices and apply them to inform product development, sales, marketing, and learning resource teams.
  • Contribute to the pedagogical design of discipline-specific assessment stories and provide feedback on author/contributor work.
  • Support customers by helping build courses for VIP instructors and provide pre-sales efforts, including syllabus match-ups and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree
  • 5+ years experience teaching Math or Statistics at collegiate level, or in educational publishing (college level a plus) or related.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning, implementing, monitoring, and meeting deadlines for multiple highly complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to listen and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a diverse team and embracing an environment that encourages creative initiatives and innovation.
