We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Learning Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Discipline Strategy Teams, you will play a critical role in shaping the pedagogical solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of mathematics and statistics to inform the development of pedagogical solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Instructional Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective instructional strategies that drive student success.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with instructors and users to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the growth of our digital sales and activations by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to drive business results.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education or instructional design.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in teaching, educational publishing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of mathematics and statistics.
  • Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex information, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
