We are currently seeking 1 or 2 highly driven individuals to become part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in B2B sales, particularly within the construction sector. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your existing skills while also fostering personal and professional growth, with the potential for exceptional results and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with developers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business avenues.
  • Offer expert guidance on material choices, design, and project specifications.
  • Negotiate agreements and finalize sales to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing large-scale projects.
  • A strong network within the construction and real estate development industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • A collaborative team player with daily communication skills.
  • Must present well, be trustworthy, punctual, detail-oriented, and possess a logical approach to problem-solving.
