The Dining Service Support Specialist plays a crucial role in fulfilling our mission by providing outstanding dining service experiences. This role reports directly to the Dining Manager or their designated representative.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or healthcare environment is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with residents, families, guests, and colleagues.
- Capability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Clarifies assigned tasks before commencing work.
- Effectively manages conflicts without becoming emotional or defensive.
- Exhibits a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to customers.
- Organizes and prioritizes responsibilities to ensure timely task completion.
- Aims for minimal errors and omissions in work.
- Offers assistance to colleagues when necessary.
- Adheres to job requirements consistently.
- Maintains punctuality and attendance as scheduled.
- Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour.
