About the Position: This role involves initiating contact with manufacturing customers, developing and implementing new market strategies, and identifying and developing long-term customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Techniques:

  • Use effective negotiation and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's value proposition and products.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the operations team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the sales team to drive collaboration and success.

Service and Support:

  • Address and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management using Salesforce.com.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
  • 3 years of territory sales experience preferred in a service or manufacturing market.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work assigned hours based on business need.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
