Manufacturing Sales Strategist

Job Overview: Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Strategist to drive new business development and foster long-term relationships with manufacturing clients.
About the Position: This role involves initiating contact with manufacturing customers, developing and implementing new market strategies, and identifying and developing long-term customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Techniques:
- Use effective negotiation and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's value proposition and products.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the sales team to drive collaboration and success.
Service and Support:
- Address and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management using Salesforce.com.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Benefits and Compensation:
- The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
- 3 years of territory sales experience preferred in a service or manufacturing market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work assigned hours based on business need.
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
