Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This includes identifying and pursuing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, resolving client issues promptly and effectively, and creating tailored account management plans with specific goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster open communication, address concerns, and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Revenue Growth and Retention: Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with customer needs, ensuring seamless renewals.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams to provide top-notch service.
  • Account Strategies: Create tailored account management plans with specific goals, strategies, and tactics for each client.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track relevant sales metrics and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure account plans are effective.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand client preferences, pain points, and potential opportunities, informing product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales account management or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
