Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist - Automotive Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to play a key role in developing and executing omni-channel campaigns to enhance our brand presence for both consumers and franchise dealers to drive engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar, with a strong background in automotive finance. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines of Stellantis Financial Services US.
  • Implementing incentive offer strategies in conjunction with manufacturer for both dealers and customers across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and IT to define target audiences, customer personas, and segmentation strategies.
  • Designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital (SEO, SEM, social media), traditional (print), and events.
  • Managing the creation and production of marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations, and digital content.
  • Utilizing marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems to execute campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze results.
  • Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in automotive finance and marketing.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with OEM brands, external agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations on marketing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for senior management.

This position requires excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
