Job Title: Customer Support Associate/Account Manager

At Smart Warehousing, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Associate/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service and operational support to our customers
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers and stay engaged with their business products and needs
  • Research and resolve order or billing problems in relation to the assigned warehouse
  • Communicate with internal teams, including business development, sales, and integrations
  • Work closely with the internal IT department to resolve customer issues
  • Assist with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing, and documentation
  • Review and administer the order process within the warehouse
  • Key data into our proprietary system (SWIMS) and maintain order and customer data

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and technology in general
  • Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • A creative and innovative thinker to bring successful resolution to customer issues
