Customer Support Associate/Account Manager

At Smart Warehousing, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Associate/Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service and operational support to our customers
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers and stay engaged with their business products and needs
- Research and resolve order or billing problems in relation to the assigned warehouse
- Communicate with internal teams, including business development, sales, and integrations
- Work closely with the internal IT department to resolve customer issues
- Assist with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing, and documentation
- Review and administer the order process within the warehouse
- Key data into our proprietary system (SWIMS) and maintain order and customer data
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and technology in general
- Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A creative and innovative thinker to bring successful resolution to customer issues
