Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers at the warehouse level, providing high-level customer service and operational support.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers, staying engaged with their business products and needs.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, including order or billing problems, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including business development, sales, and IT, to support customer needs.
  • Assist with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing, and documentation.
  • Review and administer the order process within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
