Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Associate/Account Manager to join our team at Smart Warehousing. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers at the warehouse level, providing high-level customer service and operational support.
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers, staying engaged with their business products and needs.
- Research and resolve customer issues, including order or billing problems, in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal teams, including business development, sales, and IT, to support customer needs.
- Assist with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing, and documentation.
- Review and administer the order process within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
