Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor with various assigned tasks.
- Manage incoming inquiries regarding order modifications, delivery issues, and product availability.
- Conduct EDI Data Validation by addressing errors in the BD87 log.
- Ensure accurate posting of all bakery deliveries to inventory daily, addressing any discrepancies.
- Facilitate the posting of deliveries from inventory to customers, resolving any related issues.
- Create daily subcontracting purchase orders as required.
- Receive and verify deliveries of repack supplies, addressing any discrepancies that arise.
- Document product quality issues by entering PID's for items that do not meet specifications.
- Generate retail orders and prepare bake sheets for production and TCI.
- Engage in additional duties and special projects as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor.
- May perform other related tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capability to operate computer terminals and related software, as well as standard office equipment.
- Ability to comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $25.00. Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contributions of each team member and offers a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience, education, and skills. The final determination of starting pay will consider various factors, including location, shift, and industry experience. For union-represented roles, wage rates are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreements.
