- Aid customers in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their feedback.
- Clarify product features, applications, and advantages to prospective buyers.
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate value through a feature-oriented presentation.
- Outline all optional products and accessories available for customer acquisition.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Conduct high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Learn to address objections, finalize sales, and execute all sales processes in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to the sales process and ensure customers comprehend the vehicle's operational features and warranty upon delivery.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, evaluations, and analyses.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and foster referral-based business.
Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license and a Virginia Sales License.
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in computer usage, particularly in a CRM environment.
- An intrinsic motivation to deliver outstanding customer service.
- A personable demeanor and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Professional appearance with excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to meet dealership productivity standards.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
