Job Overview

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in presenting and selling automotive warranty products and repair services to customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and sell automotive warranty products and repair services to customers
  • Consult with customers to determine their vehicle maintenance needs
  • Generate and provide customers with accurate estimates of repair orders
  • Establish and communicate completion times of repair with customers and technicians
  • Answer incoming service calls and maintain service appointments
  • Follow prescribed procedures for customer post-follow-up to increase sales and CSI
  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding customer and vehicle information
Requirements
  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is highly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)
  • Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills are required
