Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient care or healthcare operations role, with a focus on leadership and mentorship.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems.
