Overview
As a key member of our leadership team, the Executive Director will play a critical role in driving the success of our healthcare organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services that align with our mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care, quality, and safety.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational and clinical issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
"Education - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Certifications - Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) Certification. Experience - 3+ years of Healthcare Experience; 3+ years of Management Experience. Education - Masters degree in Health Related Field.
Physical Requirements
Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
