We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Specialist-Classroom Coach to join our team at Early Childhood Connections. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for coaching and mentoring educators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing training and technical assistance to early childhood professionals and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to early childhood educators to enhance children's learning outcomes
  • Conduct comprehensive classroom assessments and collaborate with educators to develop effective planning strategies
  • Offer technical assistance and coaching to classrooms and educators to promote best practices in early childhood education
  • Report directly to the Executive Director and contribute to the overall success of our organization
Requirements:
  • Child Development Associate Certification or an associate degree in education
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • No history of specific criminal offenses
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a human services field
