Compensation: $53.42/HR

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Agile project management

SAFe certification is mandatory

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Preferred knowledge in Agile methodologies and data protection

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities to articulate program objectives, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Developing and sustaining an organized framework to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in evaluating intricate components of a system and identifying enhancements for processes.
  • Conflict Resolution: Competence in resolving disagreements among team members and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Recognizing, evaluating, and alleviating risks linked to the program.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackling and resolving challenges that emerge during the program.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adjust to modifications and unforeseen obstacles in the program landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensuring that all operational activities are functioning smoothly and effectively.
  • Process Enhancement: Identifying opportunities for improvement and executing strategies to boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Partnering with various departments to create business process models and performance indicators.
  • Documentation: Compiling comprehensive reports on process efficiency and maintaining process documentation.
  • Strategic Planning: Aligning operational activities with the organization’s overarching business goals and establishing timelines for actions.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their implications, and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Ensuring open and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates, and addressing inquiries.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to guarantee deliverables meet established standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Addressing and resolving issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
