BCforward is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator to work remotely.

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our DNS team, which is dedicated to frontline brand enforcement across various channels including domains, mobile applications, paid advertising, marketplaces, and off-platform social media. We are in search of a partner who possesses substantial experience in data aggregation and analysis, along with a proven track record in establishing an effective brand protection program from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business, legal, and technical teams to meet the evolving needs of online brand protection.
  • Mitigate online abuse and contribute to DNS security, focusing on enforcement and abuse mitigation across multiple areas.
  • Develop and enhance brand protection enforcement systems and workflows, particularly in high-risk areas such as Credential Theft, Spam, Phishing, Malware, and Botnets.
  • Create or revise enforcement directives and ensure they translate into manageable workflows.

Deliverables:

  • Conduct enforcement data analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Catalog enforcement data and identify unmet data needs of DNS team members.
  • Produce reports that illustrate monthly statistics, quarterly key metrics, and vendor SLA compliance.
  • Perform additional analyses and create supplementary reports based on initial findings.
  • Oversee online enforcement programs that safeguard the interests of the company and its users across various platforms.
  • Investigate and report on suspicious activities, taking necessary corrective actions.
  • Provide status updates on initiatives aimed at achieving high-volume abuse mitigation objectives.
  • Analyze data and produce weekly reports on escalated enforcement cases, tracking the registration, usage, and abuse of domain names and related identifiers.
  • Show measurable improvements in workflows against specified processes.
  • Compile and report monthly data trends and statistics, including KPI reports.
  • Prepare regular status reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to support the development of relevant standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal security, engineering, and technical teams to enhance detection mechanisms and implement enforcement strategies.
  • Maintain clear and updated documentation on processes and protocols.
  • Create and sustain training materials to maximize user adoption and educate relevant stakeholders.
