  • Acting as a Salesforce Technical Program Coordinator (CPQ experience is advantageous)
  • A minimum of 10 years in the IT sector
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Salesforce CRM projects
  • Leading, mentoring, and training teams in Scrum methodologies while promoting Agile principles and enhancing processes.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver value and coordinating both within and outside the team to ensure the successful completion of the project backlog, while guiding the team in backlog management.
  • Proactively identifying obstacles and resolving them through collaboration with peers and formal channels.
  • Managing all facets of multiple concurrent, fast-paced projects with distributed teams.
  • Coordinating the release strategy, communication protocols, and risk management plans.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in managing project scope and facilitating necessary changes.
  • Leading Agile Scrum ceremonies, including Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Ensuring timely and comprehensive achievement of all documentation, tracking, and reporting metrics, including user stories, project status, resource allocation, change requests, issues, risks, and testing outcomes.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating PMO initiatives while assisting in overall governance.
