Job Summary

EverGreene Architectural Arts is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client communications, and sales performance metrics
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction, architecture, historic preservation, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or conservation industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Work Environment and Conditions

This role requires frequent travel to client sites, with occasional work in an office setting. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate construction sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
