Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. This role will focus on expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering innovative sales strategies that fuel our company's growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing long-term sales plans, and negotiating high-value deals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Lead, train, and mentor a sales/customer relationship team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and collaborate with Operations to customize CRM tools that align with sales objectives.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements to drive business growth.
Negotiate and close deals with large customers to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to ensure accurate planning and budgeting.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Partner with Studio and Corporate division heads to develop customer retention strategies and ensure long-term relationships with our clients.
Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Work with Operations and Marketing on targeted drip campaigns to ensure appropriate follow-up and maximize sales opportunities.
Participate in drafting compelling RFP responses to showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
Proven success in sales management and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
A natural leader with strong team-building and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Experience in building and training a sales team from scratch, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge.
Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, PipeDrive, etc.) and comfortable with data management, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation abilities, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand client bases.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on staying ahead of the competition and driving business growth.
An interest in leveraging AI to enhance sales and marketing efforts is a plus, but not required.
Experience in the vehicle rental industry is advantageous, but not required.
