Job Title: Assistant Vice President Revenue Cycle

At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President of Revenue Cycle to join our team. About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle, from billing and coding to claims and revenue optimization. This includes setting short- and long-term goals, leading the development of policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team of revenue cycle professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of revenue cycle processes.
  • Collaborate with the GL accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month-end closes and revenue capture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and aging reports to drive improvements and set team priorities.
  • Partner with other departments to develop reports and KPIs to measure revenue cycle performance.
  • Supervise claims submission and processing to minimize denials and optimize reimbursement.
  • Manage costs and adhere to departmental budgets.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of healthcare experience required, with a preference for those experienced in pharmacy revenue cycle management.
  • CPA or MBA is a plus.
