Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informatics Director to lead our Clinical Informatics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing the development, implementation, and evaluation of procedures and systems in medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Clinical Informatics team to directly support clinical and revenue cycle staff in determining system requirements and adapting clinical and revenue cycle workflows to adopt technology.
- Collaborate with internal and external clinical subject matter experts to support efforts and develop clinical leading indicators to support the measurement and testing of clinical trend initiatives.
- Direct the development of policies and procedures and provide guidance on EMR.
- Work closely with Applications Analysts, departments, and technical teams to create and maintain appropriate application and workflow documentation.
- Serve as the internal clinical resource for the trend transformation team and as the clinical authority in support of trend governance decisions makers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- 5-8 years of experience
- Current, valid RN license preferred
