Job Title: Director of Banquets

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Banquets to lead our banquet team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events, ensuring exceptional quality of food, beverage, service, and ambiance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee all banquet events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels and ensure that all banquet staff are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve banquet sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options for banquet events.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in banquet management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • STAR and ServSafe certifications preferred.
