Anchored Executive Search is assisting a top client in finding a seasoned Revenue Cycle Management professional to lead a portfolio of Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of experienced professionals with a proven track record in the Skilled Nursing Industry.
- Collaborate closely with the CFO and CEO to drive revenue growth and optimize operations.
- Oversee a team of approximately 30 indirect reports and 2 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and implement effective AR Revenue Management, Collections, and Reimbursement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.
- 15+ years of experience in the Skilled Nursing Industry, with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Proven track record of success in AR Revenue Management, Collections, and Reimbursement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000, with comprehensive benefits and PTO package.
