Little Caesars Restaurant Operations Manager Role
The position of the Little Caesars Restaurant Operations Manager encompasses the supervision of daily activities within the Little Caesars establishment. Reporting directly to the District Manager of Food Services, this role is accountable for overseeing all facets of the restaurant, including product preparation, stock management, staff supervision, sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and financial outcomes. A critical responsibility of the Operations Manager is to ensure adherence to the operational standards established by the Director of Marketing & Food Services and Little Caesars Corporate.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a Quick Service Restaurant environment
- Must comply with Business Casual or Uniform dress code
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Exceptional Customer Service and Employee Relations skills are essential
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, particularly during peak times
- Capable of standing for prolonged periods
- Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in diverse temperature conditions
