- Financial Management
- Manage operational budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze financial data to assess the profitability of logistics operations and identify opportunities for savings.
- Report on operational and logistical performance, including key financial and operational metrics.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience
- Requires 5+ years of prior Operations experience.
- Proven experience in operations and logistics management, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies.
- Skills
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or project management (e.g., PMP, APICS, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and operational processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in logistics software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry FDA regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements is required.
