Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
    • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • Requires 5+ years of prior Operations experience.
    • Proven experience in operations and logistics management, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies.
  • Skills
    • Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or project management (e.g., PMP, APICS, Six Sigma).
    • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and operational processes.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop strategic solutions.
    • Proficiency in logistics software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of industry FDA regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements is required.
