Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, while minimizing risk and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Business acumen: Strong business skills, including financial management, marketing, and human resources.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
