Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our Meatcraft team and drive sales and profit growth. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Restaurant Management Team members and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Meatcraft team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Management Team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Provide coaching and training to Team Members to improve performance and engagement

Requirements

  • At least six months to one year of experience as a manager within a restaurant or retail environment
