Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development: Oversee the training and development of restaurant teams to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food products.
  • Restaurant Operations: Recruit, hire, and manage restaurant management teams, as well as oversee asset management, including sales, labor, and food and paper costs.
  • Team Building: Foster a positive and productive work environment by building strong relationships with restaurant teams and promoting a culture of recognition and appreciation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, cash handling, and employee relations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with field leadership and restaurant staff to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, including sales, labor, and food costs.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and relocate (optional).
