About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Drawbridge Partners. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in helping us build our first dedicated outbound sales motion to generate new business opportunities and grow existing customer revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business within the alternative investment space by prospecting and uncovering qualified opportunities for our Sales Executives and Account Managers.
  • Organize and drive quality meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a high volume of activities, including calls, emails, and social interactions, to build and maintain executive relationships within assigned territories.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads through the sales pipeline and track sales activities.
  • Align with Sales Executives and Account Managers to understand, strategize, and execute the best prospecting strategy within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create campaigns and cadences that support current go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments to provide market feedback and inform product roadmap and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via phone and email.
  • Self-starter and proven listening skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience.
