Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the precise and prompt management of invoices, payments, and credits. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the legal sector and demonstrate proficiency in Pro Forma, Billing, and Law-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and promptly process invoices, payments, and credits
  • Conduct analysis and reconciliation of detailed transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee, monitor, and collect assigned accounts receivables
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with electronic platforms for invoice submissions
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and Elite Billing Software
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
