Procurement Administrative Lead

The Procurement Administrative Lead position involves managing the interface between the Purchasing and Finance divisions, ensuring accurate financial documentation, generating insightful reports, and recording various transactions. This role also includes providing essential administrative assistance to the Finance department and preparing financial statements to confirm the integrity of database information.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within a luxury environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Strong communication skills across all levels - proficient listening, verbal, and written communication
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License from Antigua and Barbuda is required
  • Capacity to perform tasks efficiently and accurately, adaptable to a variety of responsibilities throughout the day
