We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to spearhead our market development initiatives for Resolute Industrial, LLC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with new clients while deepening engagement with existing accounts in the HVAC industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional eager to make an impact across various sectors, including Mechanical Contracting, General Contracting, Construction, Property Management, Healthcare, Industrial Accounts, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and maintain existing relationships.
  • Sales Calls and Presentations: Conduct direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments across the designated market area.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Industry Expertise: Engage in ongoing product training and stay updated on industry developments to provide expert insights to clients.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of proven success in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities.
  • Competitive drive and a commitment to achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
