We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager at Aaron's, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining the showroom floor.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and an aptitude for marketing. You should also be able to build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, set sales goals, and drive new business with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Buiding long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
  • Setting sales goals and driving new business with marketing strategies.
  • Assisting General Manager with operational functions.
  • Assisting with deliveries in the event a driver is not available.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be 21 years old (18 in Canada), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have two years of college or previous management experience. You must also have a valid state Driver's License and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.). Additionally, you should be flexible with your schedule and available to work between 8 am to 9 pm.

Physical Demands

This role requires you to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly. However, we will provide training and tools to ensure your safety while performing these tasks.
