The role of Strategic Sales Enablement Specialist at WESCO International presents a unique opportunity to drive business growth through effective sales enablement. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in identifying and closing large projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to close deals effectively.

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and sales representatives, showcasing the value proposition of our technical products and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps or challenges.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in the electrical industry and 3-5 years of sales experience in related industries.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • A proven track record of sales success, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

At WESCO International, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
