Sales Director

Aaron's is a dynamic and growing company that offers an exciting opportunity for Sales Managers to join our team. We are seeking experienced professionals who can drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and lead our business to success.

Estimated Salary: $13.50 - $15.75 per hour, with opportunities for incentive pay based on performance.

Job Description:

• As a Sales Manager at Aaron's, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining our showroom floors.
• You will also be tasked with building long-lasting customer and vendor relationships, setting sales goals, and driving new business through marketing strategies.
• In addition, you will assist the General Manager with operational functions and help with deliveries when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and an aptitude for marketing.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, as well as two years of college or previous management experience.
• Candidates must also have a valid state Driver's License and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.).
• Flexibility with a schedule between 8 am to 9 pm is essential.
