Business Development Manager

At Aarons, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business and sales growth.
With a strong focus on customer relationships and marketing strategies, you'll set sales goals and develop plans to achieve them.
You'll work closely with our General Manager to oversee operational functions and assist with deliveries when needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships
- Leadership skills to drive new business and sales growth
- An aptitude for marketing to develop effective strategies
- A desire to make a difference for our customers
In terms of qualifications, we're looking for someone with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of college or previous management experience
- A valid state driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements for certification
- Flexibility in their schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and 300 lbs. with a dolly
Estimated salary: $12,750 - $13,500 per year. This is a competitive range based on industry standards and taking into account the location and requirements of the role.
