About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Smoothie King store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage store inventory, labor costs, and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure open communication and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
