About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Smoothie King store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of store employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to implement company initiatives and programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in a retail or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
