Lead Quality Control Scientist

We are seeking a Lead Quality Control Scientist to oversee a PSS team dedicated to providing exceptional support in a dynamic laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage testing operations for client programs within a GMP-compliant laboratory.
- Conduct colorimetric assays utilizing 96-well plate formats, including tests for anthrone, uronic acid, BCA, biotin, and free polysaccharides.
- Engage in method qualification, validation, and transfer processes as required.
- Perform trending analyses of QC assays, reagents, assay controls, system suitability, and standards.
- Execute release and stability testing to ensure product integrity.
- Support the implementation of SAP systems.
- Participate in the qualification and management of critical reagents and reference standards.
- Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical protocols, and reports.
- Contribute to investigations related to Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and deviations.
