Job Overview

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Research Scientist to enhance our neuromuscular therapeutic initiatives.

The primary focus of this position will be on pediatric advancements related to our Friedreich's Ataxia (FA) treatment, while also providing support for ongoing life-cycle management in FA, early-stage research in FA, and broader initiatives within the NMD portfolio.

This role will report directly to the FA Therapeutic Area Lead and is designed to be remote.

Key Responsibilities


Under the mentorship of the Clinical Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include the creation of essential documents such as protocols, clinical study reports, training materials, and informed consent forms (ICFs). You will also be involved in protocol deviation assessments, data quality evaluations, and various study-related tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional Study Management and Development Asset Teams to ensure the effective design and implementation of clinical development strategies, while meeting study quality objectives.

Assist in the organization and execution of investigator and advisory board meetings in partnership with project teams and stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with external collaborators, including clinical investigators, healthcare professionals, and researchers.

Support the due diligence process related to business development opportunities.
