7. Assist in the development and validation of process analytical methods.

8. Facilitate the transfer of analytical methods to external collaborators.

9. Uphold a safe laboratory environment by following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

Leadership Duties:
1. Oversee daily operations and performance of team members.
